These terms govern your use of ndureproject.org and the programs, applications, and messaging services offered through it. This website and its text messaging program are operated by SOLA FITNESS LLC on behalf of the NDURE Project, a ministry of Go Ministries. In these terms, “NDURE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SOLA FITNESS LLC. By using this website or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these terms.

Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting through the chat widget on this website, you agree to receive text messages from SOLA FITNESS LLC relating to your application, event logistics, training, fundraising, and NDURE challenges.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s rates apply to all messages.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for a challenge, donating, or receiving any service from us.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, device, or coverage.

How we handle the information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment that mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Challenge Applications and Participation

Submitting an application does not guarantee a place on a challenge. Places are limited and are filled in the order applications are received, subject to review. Deposits, fundraising commitments, and any refund terms are communicated in writing at the point of acceptance and form a separate agreement between you and NDURE.

NDURE challenges involve strenuous physical activity in remote and potentially hazardous environments. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Participants are required to complete any waiver, medical disclosure, and release documents we provide before taking part.

Donations and Fundraising

Donations and participant fundraising are processed through third-party platforms operating under their own terms and privacy policies. Donations are used to further the mission of the NDURE Project through Go Ministries. Tax treatment of any gift is determined by applicable law and by the receiving organization’s status.

Use of This Website

You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or to interfere with its operation. Content on this site, including text, images, logos, and marks, belongs to NDURE or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

No Warranty

This website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOLA FITNESS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our messaging program.
